Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit in order to rent any of our items. The amount for each deposit varies depending on which piece of equipment is being rented. Deposits are refunded when the equipment is returned in the same condition as when they were initially rented.
How do I pay for my rental?
Payments are made online using a credit or debit card after making your equipment and rental timeframe selections.
What if I'm late returning my trailer?
Please be sure to message us immediately. In most cases, the amount that will be charged for late returns will be pro-rated based on the amount of time that the equipment is overdue.
What do I need to tow with?
You will need to tow with a vehicle properly matched to the weight of whatever piece of equipment you are transporting. Also, while towing, 60% of the weight of the equipment needs to be in front of the axle on the trailer. You also need to have a receiver-style hitch on your vehicle with the proper-sized ball. All of our equipment uses either a 2" or 2 5/16" ball.
What happens if I damage the equipment or lose equipment (straps, pins, ramps, etc.)?
All rentals are made with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the rental rate. However, any damage from misuse or improper care will be charged for. Our rental rate structure anticipates all equipment being returned clean and in working order or additional charges will be made. It is recommended that you check with your insurance carrier to ensure you are covered to avoid out-of-pocket expenses in the event of an accident while towing the trailer.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! We offer delivery to Rapid City SD free of charge. Delivery can be arranged outside of Rapid but charges may apply!
